It is the story of Aman, a Hindi ruler who lives in a magical palace and Roshni (the daughter of a Tawaif), a skilled entertainer who performs to nobility.
They are both plagued by a supernatural problem, a third entity in their marriage. A dark genie (jinn), who has placed a curse upon Aman.
